Oats are also a good source of beta-glucan soluble fiber as well as insoluble fiber which really aid with digestion. This vegan chocolate oatmeal recipe is extremely filling, rich in essential fatty acids ALA coming from chia seeds, hemp seeds and walnuts. Plus it tastes like a desert!
