2. Pinto beans

3. Soybeans

4. Navy beans

5. Kidney beans

6. Red lentils

7. Brown lentils

8. French lentils

9. Beluga lentils

10. Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

11. Yellow peas

12. Green peas

13. Mung beans





GRAINS (PSEUDO-GRAINS)

1. Oats

2. Farro

3. Rice (Brown, Jasmine, Wild, Sushi)

4. Couscous

5. Bulgur (cracked wheat)

6. Buckwheat

7. Millet

8. Quinoa





NUTS & SEEDS

1. Walnuts

2. Pecans

3. Almonds

4. Hazelnuts

5. Cashews

6. Brazil Nuts

7. Pumpkin Seeds

8. Sunflower Seeds

9. Chia Seeds

SPICES & HERBS


1. Paprika (sweet and smoked)

2. Turmeric

3. Cayenne pepper

4. Black pepper

5. Chipotle chilli powder

6. Ceylon Cinnamon & Cassia Cinnamon(this is the more common one and unless it has Ceylon on it, it's probably Cassia)

7. Marjoram & Oregano

8. Thyme

9. Basil

10. Dill

12. Bay leaves
