Matcha Pancakes with Maple Cream

For the pancakes I used this recipe + 1.5 tsp cooking grade matcha.

Maple Cream

  1. 1/2 cup soaked raw cashews (soaked for at least 8 hours or you can boil the raw cashews for 5-8 minutes until soft if you didn't soak)

  2. 1/4 cup of water

  3. 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

Combine the cashews, water and maple syrup in a high speed blender and blend until silky smooth.

Serve with pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and berries.
